Agile Coach Camp is a non-profit two-day collaborative Open Space Unconference for agile professionals and anyone interested in transforming and improving themselves, their teams and their organizations.
Attendees bring their own topics, either in the form of presentations or topics/questions for discussions and brainstorming, plus topics can also emerge from conversations in real time. The weekend agenda is established and agreed on site, following Open Space Technology (OST) approach.
In an unconference fashion, we co-create the detailed daily plan together.
I appreciated a lot the open-space discussions, workshops, and interactive sessions, and I left the camp with valuable insights and practical tools that enhanced my coaching skills. The camp created a supportive environment that encouraged networking and collaboration among Agile coaches, Scrum Masters & other similar roles from diverse backgrounds.
ACC was a great experience! This event gathers professionals from different businesses and cultures, who greatly enriched my learning. It was fantastic to be with people who can self-organize, be proactive, and be fully responsible for their learning. I am looking forward to the next year!
